Funpal Adventure Park Picnic: MGPS Students Enjoy Thrilling Adventure Activities
Bhopal, 26 October 2026: Mithi Gobindram Public School organised an exciting picnic for 205 students of Classes VII and VIII at Funpal Adventure Park, Kalapani, Goljod, Kolar, Bhopal. The picnic aimed to provide students with a refreshing break from routine academics while promoting experiential learning, teamwork, leadership and self-confidence.
The students enthusiastically participated in a variety of adventure activities, including Sky Cycling, Zipline, Rope Course, Giant Swing, 360-Degree Cycling, Bull Ride, Trampoline and Archery. The activities encouraged courage, discipline, cooperation and the spirit of adventure. A delicious and nutritious lunch was also arranged for the students.
The presence and encouragement of the school management committee members, the Principal and teachers added to the enthusiasm of the occasion.
Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani, Secretary, SHKES, emphasised that sports, recreation and adventure activities are essential for the holistic development of students. He highlighted their role in building confidence, a positive outlook and a well-rounded personality.
Management Committee Members Shri K. L. Motwani and Shri Thawar Varlani appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and active participation. They observed that such experiences help students develop self-reliance, decision-making skills, teamwork and the ability to face challenges.
Mrs. Rekha Kewlani, Principal, MGPS, reaffirmed the school’s commitment to providing quality education alongside opportunities for students’ physical, mental, social and emotional development. She stated that such outings offer a refreshing environment and contribute significantly to nurturing creativity, confidence and leadership qualities.
The picnic concluded on a joyful note, leaving students with wonderful memories and valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, cooperation and life skills.
