BRINGING HIS IDEALS INTO OUR ACTIONS: TRIBUTE TO HIS HOLINESS SANT HIRDARAM SAHIBJI

 

It was this day, the 21st of December when the great retainer of humanity left this mortal world 13 years ago. Today MITHI GOBINDRAM PUBLIC SCHOOL observed the Nirwana Diwas of Santji in the devout guidance of Rev. Siddh Bhauji and other dignitaries of the esteemed management and in the presence of Respected A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, SHKES, Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal, Ms. Rita Gurbani, Vice-principal, Co-ordinators, staff members and students. The programme commenced with lightning of lamp at the lotus feet of Sant Hirdaram Sahibji, Maa Bharti and Maa Saraswati. It was followed by morning prayer while everyone felt the ambience of santji's presence and energy.

Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal, MGPS, shared his profound thoughts which expressed gratitude towards the immense blessing of the holy soul which is the true reason of positivity and optimism. He felt privileged to speak on the life events of such a great personality who has left this transient world but continues to guide all of us. He laid stress upon the learning from Santji's life and making individual's life fruitful by imbibing disciplined life style and healthy food habits. He professed on accepting faults and asking to forgive so that practical solution can be achieved to resolve the issue.

Mr. A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, SHKES in his diction highly grooved on the core values taught by Santji and asked the students to get the benefits of his teachings. Sir enhanced the students' knowledge about how the foundation of various schools and colleges were laid and this huge empire of education and values came into existence. He motivated the students to imbibe and always carry with them the pious sanskaras of Santji and make their life worth living.

Santji's Amrit Vaani, in the form of a bhajan, celebrating the life of holy soul was presented in the assembly by the students of class VIII, which was soul inspiring. The students who celebrate their birthday on this divine day were wished and blessed by everyone. National anthem was sung by full enthusiasm and vigour by the students, staff and esteemed management members present in the assembly.

"We should give back to the society whatever we receive ....It is the ultimate service which must be rendered through our deeds and thoughts..." was the reflection of the entire program. The occasion was hosted by Ms. Durga Mishra.
