Admission and Withdrawal
The schools open registration for new admissions on 1st January every year.
 
  • Prospectus & form can be obtained by paying Rs. 300/- (Non-refundable ) between 8:00 am & 12:00 noon from the common counter at Navnidh Girls School, for AHMPS, RHKFS, VPS, NHLPS & MGPS
  • ADMISSION IN STD. X AND XII ARE NOT GRANTED..

BIRTH CERTIFICATE
 
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate, issued by Municipal Authorities, self attested by the parent, is to be submitted along with the admission form. The form will not be accepted without the Birth Certificate
 
STD. II TO IX
 
  • Admission will be accepted only against transfer and available limited seats.
 
STD. XI
 
Eligibility Criteria for Selection of Stream in Std. XI is as follows-
  • For Science Stream- 60% in Science Subject and aggregate or B2 and above grades in the science subject and B2 and above asaggregate grade
  • For Commerce Stream-55% aggregate or C1 and above grades as aggregate grade.
 
REPORT CARD
 
Self attested copy of the report card or mark sheet of the last examination passed, should also be submitted by 30th June, without fail.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
 

Admission will be confirmed on the submission of the T.C. from the heads of Recognized institutions, duly counter-signed by the education authorities. The last date for submission of T.C.s is 30th June, 2013 without exception; otherwise the child will not be allowed to continue from 1st July, 2013 onwards.

 
SELECTION CRITERIA


PRE-NURSERY & NURSERY
 
An informal interaction by the Head of the Institution
 
KG I & KG II
 
To assess the reading & writing skills of the child.
 
STD. I TO IV
 
English, Hindi, Maths & Environmental Studies.
 
STD. V TO IX
 
English, Hindi, Maths, Social Science & Science.
  • It is mandatory for the child to get the minimum passing marks of 50%in written test in each subject
  • The test syllabus based on NCERT will be provided along with the admission form
  • The written test will be followed by an interview of the child
 
RESULT DECLARATION
 
The result of admission test will be displayed on the notice boards of the schools. No correspondence/representation what so ever, will be entertained in this regard.
 
MEETING
 
After ensuring the above parameters an introductory and welcoming session for the parents to know the schools and their systems and procedures will be arranged
 
UNIFORM
 
Parents are requested to contact admission counter for the prescribed uniform where the particular uniform will be available on display.
