SESSION ON “DAANA PAANI” (FEED THE BIRDS) &

DISTRIBUTION OF SEEDS & POTS 

There was a session of Mithi Gobindram Public School on “Feeding the birds” in the pious presence of Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji, President, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal, Mrs. Mini Nair, Coordinator, teachers, students of Std. I & their parents.

Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji professed the message of kindness toward animals and birds. He insisted that just like we take care of our wellbeing, we should dutifully serve the mute birds which in turn will make us more watchful and considerate toward nature. Service to these creatures will bring positivity in our lives. He encouraged the students as well as the parents to inculcate the habit of feeding birds as it makes the person kind, generous and humble. He motivated them for making such small investment of feeding birds which will give them big returns. He also explained that on feeding the birds in the morning we receive God’s blessings. He said that if you make your child wake up early in the morning and just whisper in his ears that the birds are calling you, he will instantly leave the bed and go rushing towards the birds. This will rejoice the child for the whole day and he will even listen to whatever you say. This will take the child towards vegetarianism and help them to understand the importance of savings and spending their savings for a noble cause.

Shri A.C. Sadhwani emphasized on care taking of the children. He elaborated about all schools and colleges of our society. He assured all the parents that for the next twelve years their children are in safe hands and they need not tp worry about their children. We at our schools provide quality education with pious Sanskaras by best and well qualified teachers. He said that for this purpose we will seek all time support from the parents, support in terms that when the child comes back home from the school the parents are requested to ask the child about the daily chores at school. The parents are also requested to support in terms of clearing the basics of their child as due to Covid-19 many kids are lagging behind at studies. He asked the parents to speak small words in English regularly like Come here, Go there, Sit down, Take a bath etc. Session 2022-23 is a challenging one for all of us, we will work hand and hand to support the kids.

Principal Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma warmly greeted the parents and grandparents and expressed his gratitude for their presence for a noble cause. He pointed facts about the situation of bird extinction and firmly insisted action on saving them by serving them unconditionally. He said that inculcate the habit of feeding the birds in your children at a very early age which will be beneficial for them.

Mrs. Mini Nair Co-ordinator, reasoned with the children on the importance of service towards animals and birds and encouraged the students to actively participate in feeding them, she said that getting up in the morning to feed birds will eventually bring good health and inculcate good values in children. She explained the children to keep the grain and water pots on their window panes and terrace.

2 pots for grain & water, 1 bird house and 2 packets of grains were distributed to the parents.
