Mithi Gobindram Public School celebrates Shri Ram Navami

With the blessings of Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahibji and guidance and motivation of Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji a colourful program was organized by the students of Mithi Gobindram Public School on the pious occasion of Ram Navami.

 To begin with, the ceremonial lamp was lit in the pious feet of Maa Saraswati, Maa Bharti and his holiness Sant Hirdaram Sahibji. The occasion was blessed with the presence of Mr. A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, Shri Bhagwan Babani, A.O., Principal Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Vice Principal Ms. Rita Gurbani, teachers and students.

The program began with Guru Vandna followed by Ram Stuti and Ramdhun presented by the students of Std. VI & VII. Thought was presented by Keshav Patidar, Krishna Sitlani delivered speech, highlighting the significance of  Ramnavami.

A beautiful group dance was presented by the students of Std. III depicting the story of incarnation of Vishnu Ji as Lord Rama.

Mr. A.C. Sadhwani ji extended his heartfelt wishes for children and highlighted the significance of the festival. He urged that the students should follow the teachings of Bhauji and learn lessons from the life of Lord Rama.

Ms. Rita Gurbani, Vice Principal apprised that Lord Rama stands for integrity, dignity and is known for keeping the words of his parents, she emphasized that students should  always love and respect their parents.

Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal, highlighted that as a person, Rama personifies the characteristics of an ideal person (purushottama). He had within him all the desirable virtues that any individual would seek to aspire, and he fulfils all his moral obligations.

Swayam Daswani of class X anchored the program well. The programme was conducted under the capable guidance of Music & Dance Department.
