ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR PARENTS

Mithi Gobindram Public School organised Orientation Programme for parents of Students of Class I for 2022-23 at NHLPS, Auditorium. The aim was to familiarize the parents with curriculum, rules and regulations, teaching methodology and co-scholastic activities of the school.

The programme commenced with lighting of ceremonial lamp and garlanding of Maa Saraswati , Maa Bharti and Pramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji, by Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji, Chairman, SHKES, Shri. A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary , SHKES ,  Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal, MGPS , Mrs. Jaishree Murthy, Academic Director, SHKES, Ms Mini Nair, Co-ordinator, MGPS, Mrs. Durga Mishra, Ms.Komal Ramchandani and Mr. Rakesh Patil, Teachers, MGPS. 

Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji addressed the parents by laying stress on the Holistic Development of the child which is the main aim of this educational society. He further said that parents should exhibit themselves as role models for the children and they should motivate and praise the children through personal touch and in front of others for their all-round development. He also added nowadays safety and security of a child and inculcating kindness and good habits is the main responsibility which should be taken care by Parents. At last he concluded that the child should be aptly educated to conduct their lives independently.

Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary SHKES, Introduced the class teachers of class I – A, B, C, Ms. Neha Vaswani, Ms. Pratibha Dubey, Ms.Rashmi Sujwani to the parents and thanked the parents for their presence and interest. He explained the admission process and the revised fee collection procedure used by the School. He also focused parents on spending quality time with their children.

Mrs. Jaishree Murthy Academic director, SHKES congratulated the parents on their child's new journey. She encouraged parents to inculcate self-discipline in their children and to send their children in proper uniforms to pursue their academic profiles with interest and sincerity. She focused on involving children in household work to develop fine motor skills and understanding with their mother.

Principal, Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma familiarized the parents by informing about the institution's educational expertise which involves hands on learning activities- enhancing creativity. He laid utmost importance on English Communication, Self-Studies and on practicing Technology to enhance the overall personality of the child. He further reminded the importance of Parents Teacher’s meeting and vision of the society, extending quality education services right from shaping the tiny tots to open new avenues for the grown ups and promised to abide it.

Ms. Mini Nair, Co-ordinator continued the programme by welcoming the parents and students and paying due importance on well co-ordinated parent-child and teacher relation. She focused on punctuality and regularity of the students and on the values taught by Shraddhey Bhauji. She further reminded the parents to encourage their children to be in accordance to the rules and regulations of the school. She said that Communication is the key for better co-ordination which results in improving academics as well as physical enhancement of a child.

 At last, Ms. Srashti Singh Jat concluded the programme by extending Vote of Thanks.
