Mithi Gobindram Public School Celebrates

“Teachers Day”

On 5th September 2017, Teachers Day was commemorated in Sant Hirdaram auditorium with full zeal, fervor and enthusiasm.

The Programme commenced with the traditional lightning of ceremonial lamp & garlanding the portraits of Maa Saraswati, Maa Bharti , His holiness Sant Hirdaram Sahibji and Dr. Sarwpalli Radhakrishnan in the pious presence of Rev. Siddh Bhauji, Chairman, Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, Shri Ghanshayam Bulchandani, Secretary SHKES, Mr. Basant Chellani, Secretary, Sanskar Public School,  Dr. Ajay Kant Sharma, Principal MGPS, Mrs. Swati Rahatekar, Vice-Principal MGPS, Co-ordinators, teachers & staff members.

On this occasion Rev. Siddh Bhauji solicited the students to respect teachers, goal of life, hardships of parents. He made every student to feel the significance of education as it is the only way to lead a successful and contented life, he exemplified the life of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam & Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpai who devoted their entire life to self progress and country's progress. He cautioned them to be cognizant of all kinds of pitfalls which come as a restraint in your life. He highlighted the value of parents devotion and altruistic work of their children's bright future, he also urged to rely upon the classroom studies, self-studies and guidelines of their teachers which will ultimately enhance self-confidence. He finally blessed everyone on this pious occasion.

The guest of the day Mr. Basant Chellani congratulated everyone on this occasion. He urged everyone to keep the rich legacy of great India in terms of Teacher students relation and face the present challenges.

The principal in his welcome note stated that now a days, teaching is not a job but it's a role to play to shape and nurture the future of the country. It is a 24x7 task which reflects from our each and every actions. It is the best and most responsible profession in the world. Students are required to have trust & faith and show respect towards their teachers. Share problems and study related issues with teacher. He anticipated better bond in the day's to come. On this occasion different students of various classes shared their heartfelt thoughts in regards to their teachers.

A magnanimous cultural fiesta included group dances, group song, skit presentation which embedded a feel of enthusiasm and rejuvenation in every one.

All the staff members, including teaching and non-teaching department were courteously honoured by the school management for their tireless & flawless efforts.

Vote of thanks was proposed by Master Mukul Mahajan, Vice captain, MGPS. A successful comparing was done by the students of the school under the careful guidance of Ms. Mahima Parhawk. The programme was concluded with the singing of National song.
